There are many things you can do to improve the market appeal and value of your home. The following items should be on the top of your list:
Paint
Fresh paint is one of the most profitable improvements that can be made to a house, especially if you can do the painting yourself. Use neutral colors. Paint the interior and exterior.
New Carpets

Fresh landscaping can add market value, giving the home an improved curb appeal. Underground sprinkler systems are also a good investment.
